These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including our website (localseonline.com or any related domains) and mobile app. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

## 1. Eligibility and Account Registration
– You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Platform.
– Registration requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

## 2. Services Provided

– We do not provide services directly; we act as an intermediary. All transactions occur between Users and Service Providers.

## 3. User Obligations
– Provide truthful information and comply with applicable laws, including GST registration where required.
– Do not misuse the Platform for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or posting false reviews.
– Service Providers must have valid licenses, insurance, and comply with local regulations (e.g., MSME/UDYAM if applicable).

## 4. Payments and Fees
– All payments are processed securely via integrated gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm). We charge a commission fee (currently 10-15% of transaction value, subject to change).
– Prices exclude taxes (GST applicable as per Indian law). Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
– You authorize us to deduct fees from payouts to Service Providers.

## 5. Cancellations and Refunds
– Users may cancel bookings with notice; penalties apply for no-shows (e.g., 50% fee after 2 hours).
– Service Providers must complete services as agreed or face suspension.
– Refunds process within 7-10 business days, minus fees.

## 6. Ratings, Reviews, and Disputes
– Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences.
– Disputes should be raised within 48 hours via our support ticket system. We mediate but final resolution is between parties.
– We may remove fraudulent reviews.

## 7. Intellectual Property
– All Platform content (logos, designs) is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
– Service Providers grant us a license to display their listings, photos, and info.

## 8. Limitation of Liability
– The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties for service quality, availability, or interruptions.
– Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for damages from User/Service Provider interactions.
– Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) excuse performance.
9. Termination

– Upon termination, obligations like payment survive.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts of Patna, Bihar.Disputes will first go through mediation; unresolved cases proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
